Mitra N Forouhar practices US Constitutional and civil rights law, and international human rights law. She holds an Advanced Master of Laws in international human rights law from Université de Genève, Switzerland.  She contributed to the development of the UN human rights norms for corporations, with special focus on ethical and legal complicity.  Mitra served as advisor to the Ethics Committee of the Board of Directors of a Global Fortune 100 company on matters related to international public policy and human rights. Throughout her career, she has worked on a wide range of cutting edge legal matters involving harmonization of different legal systems, including integration of human rights into activities in challenging environments, cross border litigation, international mergers & acquisitions, and written well-reasoned opinions underpinning complex transactions of publicly traded companies. She is also a skilled negotiator and mediator.  Currently, Mitra is concentrating her efforts on defending the rights of those harmed by experimental medical interventions, indoctrination of school children, and sex based hate. Her clients include organizations and individuals located in the United States and Europe.
